We believe that Scripture (as contained in the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments) is inspired by God and therefore sufficient for all aspects of a believer's life (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
We believe that God used the human authors of the Bible, through their individual traits and styles, and carried along by the Holy Spirit, such that they wrote God's revelation to man (1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Peter 1:19-21).
We believe that there is one eternal God the Father (Deuteronomy 6:4; cf. John 17:5), who created the universe by His powerful word, and thereby demonstrated His sovereignty over all creation (Genesis 1:1-31; cf. Psalm 97:1-12; John 1:1-3).
We believe that Jesus Christ is the unique Son of God (1 John 4:9), who is one with the Father (John 10:30; cf. John 17:5), being fully divine (John 1:1, cf. John 1:14, 17).
We believe in God's Holy Spirit, who being divinely co-eternal with God (Hebrews 9:14), regenerates (John 3:1-8; cf. 1 Corinthians 6:11), empowers (1 Thessalonians 1:5 cf. Luke 4:14), gifts (1 Corinthians 12:1-13), and indwells (Romans 8:9-11) all believers and also convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8).
We believe that God created mankind as male and female, equal in His image (Genesis 1:26-27) but with different roles in marriage and the church (Genesis 2:18; Ephesians 5:22-33; 1 Timothy 3:2).
We believe that marriage is defined by God as a union of one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24), and any sexual relationship outside of this design is forbidden by God (Matthew 19:3-12; Romans 1:26-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9; Hebrews 13:4).
We believe that all mankind is born spiritually dead (Romans 5:12; cf. Ephesians 2:1), therefore all mankind sins (Romans 3:23; 5:12; cf. 1 John 1:8, 10) and are deserving of God's wrath (Romans 1:18; 2:12; 3:9-20; Ephesians 2:3).
We believe that God sent Jesus at the right time in His plan (Galatians 4:4-5) to become fully man so that He could die as a substitute to save men (John 3:17; Hebrews 2:14; 2 Corinthians 5:21; 1 Timothy 1:15), taking their place and punishment (Isaiah 53:5, 10; Romans 3:24-25; 5:9; 1 Peter 3:18; 1 John 4:10, 14).
We believe that the gift of Jesus' death is the basis by which sins are forgiven (Matthew 26:28; Romans 5:9), through faith in Him alone (John 3:16-18; Galatians 2:16; Ephesians 2:8-10).
We believe that Jesus Christ rose from the dead (Matthew 28:6; Luke 24:38-39) and ascended into heaven (Acts 2:32-36) by the power of the Spirit of God (Romans 1:4) and therefore all believers die to themselves and are transformed to live in His resurrection power by His Spirit (Romans 6:1-13; cf. John 3:1-8; 2 Corinthians 5:15).
We believe that Jesus Christ is coming again (John 14:1-3; 1 Corinthians 15:51-52; Philippians 3:20-21; Titus 2:13-14; 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17) and and that those who reject Him will suffer His wrath in eternal punishment (Mark 9:47-48; 2 Thessalonians 1:6-10; Revelation 20:10-15) but those who have believed in Him have eternal life (John 6:40, 47; 11:25-26; Romans 10:9; 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17).
